Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final and there are no refunds or exchanges available for ticket purchases.

Refunds for Cancelled Events:

We will contact you and issue a refund automatically for the face value of the ticket that was purchased. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear back in your account. Unfortunealy fees associated for your tickets are non-refundable this includes but not limited to service fees, order fees and mailing & processing fees.

Refunds for Rescheduled/Postponed Events

We will contact you with the new date and time. Tickets are usually valid for the new date. Refunds are subject to the artist, venue or promoter. Please contact us for further information so we may better assist you.
